I ordered a top which wasn't the right fit for me. So I requested an Exchange. The Exchange rep said that it cannot be exchanged because the price of the product had changed from the time I had ordered to the time the rep came to collect the product. Ok, how is this my fault? Now Myntra refuses to exchange the product OR provide a refund. All this because it isn't exactly myntra's fault it seems. How is it my fault if the orice changes on the app? I got it at a discount. Now I'm stuck with a product I don't need. Customer care is as useless as Myntra's policy. They will not budge or do anything to help you. I requested an escalation and I was told that I will be contacted by seniors within 24 hrs and it's been 3 days. No call or email.
They ridiculously close the issue with wrong reasons, saying exchange is not applicable since the pincode is not deliverable. What even? And they closed it once more with another reason that the price tags are missing. I have full proof that the product is intact with the tags and unused.
