Recently I ordered Dress Berry Women Mauve Woven Design Slip-On Sneakers from the Myntra app with tracking no. ML[protected]. I liked the shoes but due to size issues, I decided to put them in exchange. The first-time exchange took place without any problems (As it came with the price tag but the second time, they declined the exchange and put my shoes on hold saying that the price tag was missing.
I obviously can't create the price tag if I don't have them earlier also, I have faced a similar issue with them for some products in which the price tag was missing from their end.
On complaining their customer service executive put my calls on hold after my various calls their supervisor talked to me and put my call on hold again and ultimately told me to wait as told by their executive.
NOT ONLY BY FAR THEY HAVE THE WORST SERVICE THEIR DELIVERY AGENTS ARE ALSO VERY RUDE AND THEY DON'T EVEN ASK FOR ANY FEEDBACKS ON THEM.
All I want is to return my shoes now and want the refund to be credited to my account. No more exchange is needed. I don't want anything to do with this site.
