I had requested for exchange of the shoes (in order 1203438 [protected]) because size which I ordered did not fit properly. But my request got declined and being put on hold saying shoes are stained. However, the product is unused with tags intact. I only tried out them at home. When I reached out to customer care about this, they raised a complaint considering wrong fact that I want to return the product because I had received damaged product. The title of issue was "I have received damaged product". So they carried out investigation based on this fact and checked from their end whether they had delivered proper product or not. And closed the issue saying they had delivered the product in sealed and pristine condition. They never considered the scenario of exchange. I never said I want to return it because its damaged. When I reached back to them about this misunderstanding, they are simply saying that product was delivered to me in proper condition and team had carried out thorough investigation so they wont be able to help me. They are not agreeing to raise a new complaint. Also, in their FAQs it was mentioned they would try to pickup item in 3 attempts. When I asked them about this, they told I wont be able to raise a new return or exchange request because my earlier issue got closed. I'm attaching images of product and also response i got from them. Please help me!
