Had intregated for an product exchange so today the product was out for dilivery, dilivery boy did not exchange the product just because the tag was not attached to the product and he update false reason as used smell on my profile and it's creating problem for me...I have the product tag unused products with proper plastic bag so please help me with this nd solve this problem as soon as possible ...and I was trying to contact with customers care since many days and they told to wait till 8 July today it's 8 how many days it will take, when ever I call customer care the only thing I get to hear is call after 4 hours..so please look in the matter
