This is in regards to my order no:[protected]-6320101
The shoe i wanted to be replaced is still lying with me and the shoe i wanted in its place has been returned for some reason that i m not aware of. Delivery guy seems to be a crook calls individuals asking if tags are there on products which needs to be returned and when his identity details are asked, he disconnects the phone and cancels my exchange request stating that tags are not properly there, without even visiting my place or checking the product physically. Like, how does a company gives the right to cancel a delivery or exchange request, to an individual, who is not even capable of replying back to a simple question to confirm his identity. Moreover when called later asking for justification of his actions, he states that he is proud of doing what he has done and will do it again (This delivery guy's number is [protected], however i was unable to get his name). After that, one hour with customer care agent (Ms. Anson) and ms. Pankaj kumari (The floor supervisor), she assured that everything will be taken care of, wherein nothing was. On 15th december i got an email from myntra stating that the shoe i wanted is on its way back for no reason or rhyme.
I tried to exchange the item again and the same was cancelled stating the item was undeliverable without anybody coming to my place or calling.
Today that is 21st december after my second exchange request was canceled, i tried to return the product for a refund which also got cancelled again without any agent coming to my address or checking the product. The reason for refusal was item not satisfactory. How can that even be possible without anybody coming to my house.
Very pathetic and unprofessional service provided by myntra for this specific order. Was this information helpful? |
