Dear sir,
I have recently purchased a kaya advance acne care kit which is delivered to me today and i see that this product is going to get expired in 6 months it is been manufactured in 2018.
And now my situatuon is that i am moving to abroad for 2 years.
I need a product which has atleast expiry due for 1 year.
I cannot come back to india to purchase this product again.
And i am already using this kit which will still be using for 3-4 months.
So, after that if i start using this product then this product will expire in 2 months.
So, i kindly request you to give me the product which is atleast manufactured in 2019. So that i can atleast use it till next year.
Please i really request you to give me solution in this condition. I know that this product is not returnable product. I don't want to return this product.
I just want you to give me a product which is atleast manufactured in this year so that i am moving to abroad so there i can use it atleast for an year.
I hope you can understand my situation.
I am your privileged customer, its been so many years i am using myntra i have never faced such situation. I need the solution as soon as possible. I will not accept this product in any condition.
You should always take care of your customer satisfaction.
If you are not able to give me solution, i will regret if i could have bought this product from retail store.
Atleast i could have received the product according to my requirement and satisfaction.
I am writing all this to you because you have sold this product to me and i have purchased from you.
So, it for sure i will expect a proper solution from you.
