I had ordered neu look gym tight color black and grey on 31st jan from myntra. I tried it out but due to fitting issues i decided to exchange for a larger size since I order M but on packet and tag it was written small .I requested for exchange on that very day. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The delievery agent said he cant exchange I got another message saying my exchange request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check".
I called up the customer care and they informed me that the courier guy said that the "price tag was missing". Now why the hell would i do that? Remove the price tag? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.
