Hi! I ordered polo neck maroon coloured Louis Phillipe T-shirt on 24th, Order ID[protected]-8431801. The Tshirt was deivered to me on 25th evening. I opened the packet and saw that there was defect on the Tshirt, it had stain (photo of the Tshirt is attached for reference). Also, there was no tag attached to the Tshirt. I initiated the return request immediately and packed the Tshirt in the same plastic in which it was delivered. The very next day viz.26th Afternoon this Tshirt was picked up by Myntra agent. From 26th Apr - 27th Apr, the status of this return was reflecting on hold due to quality check issue and no tag availability. Firstly, there was no tag attached to the Tshirt and I initiated the return request immediately as soon as I saw a defect and no tag available on it and the same was picked up the very next day by the Myntra Agent and Hence there is no probability of the product being used. I wrote this as a concern to Myntra through Myntra app via help centre. I also tried getting in touch with the customer care no. but the IVR did not give an option to connect to an executive.
Today my query/concern was resolved with a resolution stating that my return is rejected due to quality check failed.
This is complete irresponsible behaviour and poor service delivery by Myntra.
Myntra being the largest online marketplace is doing fraud by supporting and onboarding fraud vendors who sells fake/cheap/defective quality product without displaying brand tags making it unsure whether its a brand or a local stuff. This is a smart way of delivering defective product without the tag so that the customer cannot return the order.
I am a regular buyer of Myntra and have ordered multiple stuffs in past few days (my order/transaction history is available for reference). I request Myntra to kindly complete the return formality and refund me my money back as this is causing me financial losses and mental harrassment. I would also want Myntra executive to call myself and settle my issue at [protected]. Failure of the same would make me post negative reviews on social media platforms, Myntra webpage, customer review wall and National consumer forum. Expecting resolution of the same at the earliest.
