I placed an exchange order with Myntra. On the day of delivery, the delivery boy didn’t attempt the delivery neither do made any call regarding this. Instead he falsely accused the product of being damaged; although he didn’t come to check the product. The product is absolutely intact with original tags and in right condition. Even when i called him to inquire he simply cut the call and didn’t pick further calls. Highly unsatisfied with myntra’s delivery partner. Now my exchange is put on hold and I don’t what to do with the ill fitted product.
