Myntra.com — fake order from my account

Address: Gurgaon, Haryana, 122003

Someone ordered 2 products from my myntra credits and out of which one has been delivered to fake person. I did not order anything, I am not sure how someone got my account details and ordered the products. I called myntra but their customer service team saying that there system is down. Below are the details of fraud person showing in my order list
