I have received a fake product product from myntra. On contacting them i was told that the products are original and since i am out of the return window call was disconnected. This is the first time i am facing issues of receiving fake product. I fail to realise that they are protecting the seller on this. Myntra registered the complaint under number incident id - in[protected] and then responded by email stating they will not take a return as their products are original.
