On 9.10.19 i have received a dress from myntra. It was used and torn. Immediately after receiving the product i initated the return. From 09.10.19 to 21.10.19 every day i'm receiving message regarding my product will be picked up and in evening a message stating your return pickup failed due to you reschedule. Everyday same messages. No courier person has called or came to my place. I'm registered a complain several times by calling customer care but no response. Everyday same thing please wait. I'm really disappointed by the service. Received a damaged product, fake pickup attempts and no response from customer care. Being a associated from myntra from soo many years never expected such response. Please transfer my money back.

Updated by Namrata kakkar Everytime when you call customer care they will say please wait for 72 hours. Then after 72 hrs when you will call then they will say please wait for 5 more days... No response from myntra any time
