We ordered a Marc Loire Women Grey Woven Design Block Heels (Size: 39) (Image attached) from Myntra.com on 16 Feb 2022. We received a wrong product on 23 Feb 2022 (refer to images). The product was also physically damaged (refer to the attached images) and a totally different one than what we ordered. We initiated a return and the pick up guy rejected the pick up stating that the product image that he has and the one we are returning are totally different which was ridiculous as that was the main reason why we initiated a return. Since 27 Feb till date (15 Mar 2022) there were innumerable attempts to customer care service of Myntra trying to explain the problem and the reply which we repeatedly got was the following which shows how irresponsible and cunning this company is and how they can cheat the customers without any fear or sense of responsibility:

We have further validated the claim and regret to inform that we are unable to accept the return request for this product based on the following details:
- Product went through the mandatory quality check.
- The product was sealed in a tampered proof packaging.
- No instance of package tampering was reported.
It is never our endeavor to hassle our genuine and loyal customers, however, in situation like these, to avoid platform abuse, we rely on information best available to us. If you have additional details that may help us re-investigate the issue, we will be more than happy. You can share the details by replying to this message.

Everything You Need To Look Good
There was No price tag which was attached to the product but we were asked to send photos of price tag! The images of the product we sent were not at all considered and valued and we were accused by the customer care that there was strict quality check and we can in no way receive faulty product!! I have provided the details of the product and my disappointment with this company which cheated me and in turn accused me that I am trying to fool the company.
I would like to see video footage of the original product that I ordered being packed and labelled with my address along with the complete details as to how the quality check was done for this particular product and provide evidence of the exact same product being shipped to me. I would have just discarded the product if the customer care was sober and apologised as humans can commit mistake and that can be corrected. This is totally not acceptable and I will not stop until I get justice even if it invoices going to the court and spending huge amount of money. I am going to show this cheater company what their place is if I do not get justice.
