Debiting money from CUSTOMERs accounts in the pretence of delivering the order and then cancelling the order after few days and refunding the money few more days after that. Effectively keeping that money for a week or two. And I canât imagine the scale at which Myntra is doing it. Because It happened for 12/13 orders that I placed in the last few months I.e 92% times for 1 CUSTOMER.
I placed an order on Myntra on Saturday Night and until today morning i was given updates that i will be delivered my order today and suddenly all of a sudden my orders get cancelled due to an internal issue and Myntra's CUSTOMER care service is soo ### that you cant even get an explanation.
Myntra's Successful Delivery rate is soo bad that i got 1 item delivered out of the 13 items i ordered in the past few months. In this process they put that money on hold for good no.of days.
Either they are very inefficient at doing their business but if it was inefficiency they would have rectified it within few days or a month. But itâs been happening since last few months.
