Myntra.com — forcefully added insider points beside of return and refund of product which was bad in quality

Dear Team, I have complaint regarding myntra customer care as i bough 1 product from Myntra app which was delivered to me on 9th Jan with order no.[protected]-9531601 for Rs 1199/- however the product was bad in quality due to which i was raising return/refund request in app but they forcefully added insider points due to which my product cannot be returned or refunded. As i am not aware about any points and i m not interested but myntra customer care was forcefully asking to keep the points beside of refunding the amount after return of product.
