I have been harassed by the mantra team for the last 3 weeks, now I have bound to take legal action against fraud and mental harassment issues, shame on your team, and all inhuman robots. I was your valuable customer once and you have lost me for life.
I got mentally disturbed and I cried multiple times on call and also cured your team for being so much insensitive
my issue started on 24rth Aug, weh I raised the complaint to get one of the wrong order items from your end, Post escalation, I raised the concern on your customer dest with images, and they asked me to wait, next day your delivery boy declined the item because of wrong order and click images from his end to
post multiple follow-ups, the Item return gets approved from your end, and when the delivery age comes and picked my item. When I asked about pickup confirmation he said "Mam I'm taking your item with me, don't worry I will mark pick up done after confirmed by my Supervisor.
I called your Customer escalation desk and report to them about this Non-Picked Mark Incident your Call agent say " MAM I can see your picked request is approved and we have already asked the logistic team to pick your item and mark it as done from our end, sometimes tech take little time it will update. don't worry, wait for 48 hrs. your refund will update. But as I did not believe him and take the delivery agent online and connect both on a conference call,
Where in YourC.C agent asked the pickup boy to mark the Pickup done and your Delivery boy says he will mark post reached to his delivery station, Your agent says don't worry Mam in noting here also that your item got successfully picked up and a refund will be initiated soon.
Then post 1 day I got a pickup and a declined message from your end, telling me this post item was picked up and how the pickup can be declined.
again I have raised the fraud complaint to your customer desk and request them to investigate with delivery bo and check the last calls Recordings for confirmation
since then im keep calling like[protected] times and without correct investigation, my case is being closed with wrong tagging and I have asked to share such stupid details which must be with your more than me like :
1. Assigned Delivery agent Name ( How I'm supposed to know his name as a cust. don't you guys know who assigned what order was picked in your Data ?)
2. Pickup receipt ( is this not sound mindless to you? My complaint is against fraud when the pick got taken by the agent but he has not marked it in the system, so how am I supposed to get the system receipt if the done tagging has not been marked ?)
3. Agent No. - tell me are you guys allowed agents to call customers from their personal no.? because I always get the call from +[protected] by your delivery and this is company no.). so how i am supposed to get the personal no. of your delivery boy
4. Pick up time and date- Your team is so so bline and untrained, that despite I have raised so many complaints and every time asked them to check recordings of the agent and Call center called all evidence is there, but no one cared or read even and asked such stupid and nonlogical info without your tool, agent calls, app GPS, Call cent Call recordings, their remarks nothing
my calls purposely disconnected, no one called back, and escalation and chat depart never called back on the share time slot and give 1 missed call and said we tried to call
tell me sir on picked up item complement, how even your investigation team can define the pickup request, and when I m keep bagging to all your agent and superstitions to pl tag correctly and mentioned all information so either frontest are not training or educated enough to write down the VOC and situations or very badly training and don't know the correct location taggings and also very very insensitive and robotic and so much goofy that I start working the start of mantra
I M REQUESTING you're TO PL CHECK all the recordings from Wrong order received Complaint Day till now and feel the frustration of mine and your team insensitivity and how untrained andnoncaliberr and blind folks they are and why that delivery boy still working in the system
Please either take strict actions against defaulters and Refund my amount or I will now strongly take action legally and also post all proofs, recordings, and all against mantra on social media and also file a police complaint against the agent and your logistic center.
