On 15th of feb.'19, a fraud buyer logs into my myntra account, changes all details like password, contact no. Delivery address, places an order using my wallet balance of rs. 870, which subsequently gets delivered on 22nd feb.'19. The matter was discovered by me on 25th feb.'19 when i tried logging into my account. Since then i spoke to customer care several times, sent mails to [protected]@myntra.com, highlighted in social media platforms but without any noteworthy response from myntra. Further there reaction was very casual, reluctant and insensitive towards a customer's suffering even till today (14th mar.'19). I have proved that the delivery address where the item got delivered does not exist at all and the contact number linked with it is also invalid. I was not intimated about my order placement nor about the claim of my wallet balance. But myntra is trying to ignore the entire matter and not taking any concrete action against the loss i have suffered. Was this information helpful? |
