I have ordered 5 jeans on 22nd may 2019. Till now i didnt get my order.in this 5 jeans 1 is returned back to origin by asking to myntra executive i know it is refused by me but this is not true. Then they said ur address is incorrect but truth is every time i ordered on same address. Then for other 4 jeans i m getting the message out for when i call on mention no of delivery boy i found they are not delivering myntra parcel earlier they supposed to. Again 2nd time delivery boy said he is not working for myntra anymore. I already registered complaint 4 times to customer care executive but no response after completion of 72 hrs also. No update & i already made the payment online. Even they are not calling once for status. This is the short description.
It is a waste of my money my time the situation i faced the fraud they are doing. It is their work to deliver.
