I had ordered three items and they were of wrong size. I raised exchange request for correct size but Myntra was not allowing exchange from same address of delivery. They forced to raise request from another address(pin code). Then without attempting delivery, they put the item on HOLD saying price tags are not there. I informed them that every item is unwashed, unused with their tags intact. They approved exchange but again delivery was not attempted. Then they marked items as lost from their end. Later, they waited for exchange window to expire and then cancelled the exchange themselves. I asked them to exchange the product but they are closing all support tickets and not responding on customer support. It is causing mental harassment as the escalation officer is also not taking complaint. Wasted days on this
