I have placed multiple orders on 22nd of december 2019. For 2 of the products the delivery address is changed from pune address to rajasthan address. The products are delivered to rajasthan. Also, there are 2 more products ordered from my account on 2nd of january 2020 using the myntra credit. Both are products are in shipped state. The details of the orders are mentioned below:

I have called myntra customer care to raise a request so that the matter can be tracked to closure. However, the myntra customer care person was talking to un-professional. I never imagined that brand like myntra can have this kind of customer support. I had been truly exceptional experience shopping with some of the international ecom providers.
The way the order address were changed and my account is been used during myntra xmas discount, it seems to be a myntra's insider employee role in the fraud. I request myntra to investigate the matter and nab the culprits asap. Now it seems insecure to maintain an account with the site or use a credit card for transaction. Was this information helpful? |
