I ordered a Triumph sports bra on myntra few days back. I
raised return request on 31st March and the delivery executive picked it up
on 1st April but later that evening the app showed pick up failed and after
that return has been attempted number of times. I contacted customer
support from the app but issue did not get resolved.
Now, I dont have the item anymore and I dont know where it is right now?
I can provide the delivery executive's number incase you need it. He did
not provide any return slip or anything. I even have a call recording that
says he picked the product and processed it that day but the app is saying
otherwise.
Please locate the package. I am quite disappointed with this issue right
now. I am providing whatever documents I have.
If there is a problem with the return, I would like to have my product back.
The screenshots have order number and return id on it.
