I have purchased two joggers on 21st of jan with a delivery date of 24th jan. But i didn't got the delivery on 24th jan, the last update which was showing was that the item has been shipped on 21st jan itself, after that there was no update from them. So on 24th i have raised an complain on for this, they asked me to wait for next 72hrs. The issue will be resolved but till 28th jan there were no update from them, the last update was of 21st jan only. So on 28th jan i called them asking for an update they told the investigation is still going on will provide you an update within 1 day. Again i called them on 29th jan but they were still saying the same that we don't have any update on this investigation is still going on. So this time i didn't agree with them and asked to connect me their supervisor and senior supervisor and they both gave me assurance that within 24hrs you will get an update. Then after couple of hrs i. E. On 29th jan night i got an update that the item has been shipped two nearest delivery center and within 12hrs i got an update the item has been lost so we couldn't deliver the product.
How an item can be lost within 12hrs, that's mean the update which was provided to me 29th jan was a lie to calm me down. How can a company do that keeping customer money for days then not giving the product and cancelling the order. And fyi... The warehouse from where the product has been shipped is bangalore and delivery address is also of bangalore, so within city they are not able to deliver the product.
Now they are giving 400 rs coupons with a validity date of 1 month, i need 50% of order amount as coupon or 25% of order amount should be credited to my account
