My name is Groovi Sadhwani. I recently placed an order for Realme smart watch pro-2 through myntra on 23rd june and apparently the product was supposed to be delivered by 24th june by their 'express delivery mode'. The delivery guy came with a sealed box which was empty. It had no watch nor the charger. I immediately called the delivery guy and asked him, where is my product to which he said that i am not responsible for it. Call myntra, they will help you which they never did. I called the customer care team and they assured me that a refund or watch will be given in this case. Then the very next day, 25th june, I get a message of issue resolved, saying that we did our so-called checks and the product came sealed with unnecessary details. I again called the customer care and the person said 'SORRY WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING, WE DID OUT SO-CALLED CHECKS, PRODUCT WAS DELIVERY IN A SEALED PACKAGE. I kept on re'opening the issue and they everytime said the same non-sense and did not bother to help me in anyway possible. I have even reported this fraud on Twitter. No response is being given from that as well. I would urge you to please help me with my refund as its my hard earned money and these people do not care to help me in anyway possible Was this information helpful? |
