Myntra.com — Gift Card

I received a gift card on my birthday on 19th April 2021. One of my friends gifted me the card of rs. 1100. Its expiry date was 18th April 2022. I thought o[censored]sing it later. so on the day, they sent me i.e. 19th April I received a mail about it which contained the gift card number and pin.
on 10th august 2021 out of nowhere, I received a message from myntra that u have received a gift card on 19th April and all the details about it but the oin for using it was different. the card number was the same. within a few minutes, I received another message with the same details but again with a new pin. so in total, I received 3 pins for the same gift card. I didn't notice that there is a different pin. I thought they might have sent me a reminder since it has been a few months since I received it.
now last month I thought of turning it. but when I entered the details it shows it has already been added to some account. so I immediately called the help center. they told me they will figure it out, but there was absolutely no response from their side. I called them many times they always told me they will get back to me in 2 days but there was no response from their side.
now when there are 2 days left for the card to expire they are telling me to register a cybercrime complaint we cannot help you.
there is one more thing which is bothering me is that the account to which it has been added is some myntra account only. it does not show the full account to which it has been added but anyone can figure it out.
I told them that there is a default from your side as to how can I receive 3 pins for same card. they are not responding to me and every time i register a complaint, simply after calling they close my issue without solving it.
I even talked to their executive. they always put the call on hold and waste so much time of the customer and at last, they don't even solve the query.
I request the authority to look into the matter.
I hope by registering the complaint I receive my myntra credits.
it's not a matter of Rs. 1100 but moreover the way they behave with the customer. how much of my time has been wasted. They don't reply timely, neither they bother about any complaints.
for your reference, I'm enclosing the screenshot of the error which is showing on their app every time I try to use my card.
