I purchased a giftcard from Myntra and the updates were sent to some random number by Myntra. When I tried to redeem the gift card, I was unable to as it had already been redeemed.
When I contacted Myntra regarding this issue I didn't get any response from them for many days and ultimately they asked me to contact cyber crime
It was a defect in their process. I don't know whether I received an already used giftcard from Myntra or they sent the same giftcard to multiple users.
After giving all the proofs I didn't get any help from the team. I asked them to check if it has been sent to some other user, they couldn't assist me in that too.
