I had received a woohoo gift card from one of my friend to make the shopping in myntra, recently i see that the gift card has been used by some other fraud user account and neither myntra or woohoo customer care people are giving the proper response, instead blaming either of the company for this issue.
When enquired for checking the user account who has used the pin for fraud transactions they are giving the false statement that it cannot be checked from their end.
They just play around with the customer, hence a proper action needs to be taken against these people or else they will always end up playing with customer money and time.
