I had ordered a gift card and the gift card was never delivered to the customer. In spite of writing seven mails and calling them 15 times no one has reverted back. The simple plan of Myntra is to mint money and extortion through this site. I would like to take this to the court and I do not mind wasting my time and money on this because the justice has to be served. Their customer care is was and they cut the call on the face. I had ordered Myntra e-gift card from Myntra but the same was not delivered to the receipient. I have lodge many Complaints and have called multiple times but still the issue is not resolved.
