Myntra.com — Gift card not working

On 15th August 2021, I purchased a gift card on Myntra, which is not working. I raised concern with them, they asking me to go to cyber crime, as gift card is already used by someone else. They have all the details of who used the card. Still they say they cannot do anything. I feel cheated by them. I bought card from them, they should look into this and refund me my amount. Their card can be used only on their website so how can they not know who used it. I am suspicious they have scammed me and sold me a used card.
