My friend gifted me a Myntra gift card on 29th June, 2021 of worth 5000. When I tried to use it, it's saying the Gift card has already been added to another user. Then when I tried to reach Myntra, then assured me that they will resolve the issue and will reach out with in 5-7days. But even those many days passed by, no one bothered to contact instead closed the issue, without resolving it. Even on re-opening it, they are closing it without any providing any solution. So much of time, money and effort wasted on this. I want the compensation for the amount and the harassment they are causing.
