I purchased a gift coupon on 11th Nov and I did not receive any code nor did the person for whom I purchased the coupon. We are not been able to use it and my 3000/- are stuck. I repeatedly contacted customer care abs I was told that the query will be resolved by 13 later I was told it will be done by 16th. Today, it’s 17th abs yet I have not received any update. Every single day I call customer care abs yet nothing is done. I have never felt so humiliated as a customer. Please help me out.
