Myntra.com — Gift wrapping charged but not provided at the time of delivery

I ordered two products from myntra for my closed one for which I opted for gift wrapping option in which a note was also included and I was charged Rs25 which was debited.But my package was not gift wrapped at the time of delivery.It was disappointing from such a trusted brand.Now I want my refund of Rs25.
