I received a damaged product from Myntra and therefore I initiated return of the same item. Delivery agent canceled pick up 3 times in row without coming to my home address saying it does not fall into his area of delivery. As a customer I trust service provider which is Myntra in this case to resolve issue and see through that it's a seamless experience for me. This product had 7 day return policy, Myntra canceled pick up on this product after 7 days knowing it was their fault that order was not picked up.
Myntra suggested me to self-ship which I did. Through out this, customer support at Myntra did not provide me any follow up or resolution over issue here. Every time Myntra customer creates a issue and resolves it suggesting to follow up on newly created issue making sure customer experience as worse as it can get. As of now I have not received couries service fees for self shipping and also no refund. Was this information helpful? |
