On july 26/2019 i received hammer black solo truly twin wireless bluetooth v5.0 earbuds ordered from myntra. When i opened the box, the earbuds were missing from the box. I immediately complained to myntra but after few days they said that they couldn't help. The product packaging is intact with me. I am attaching a video o[censored]nboxing the product.

For a satisfactory closure, i would like myntra to provide a warning clause before all orders with a risk of temper and what they would like consumers to do in such cases. Also i would like myntra to send me a complete ordered product.
