[Resolved]  Myntra.com — Haute sauce bag

Ordered bag thru myntra. Recvd it on 10th nov. Requested retun request on the same day as there wasn't any tag, brand name or price tag. They accepted the request n the person came to collect the bag on the 11th of Nov at 7.35 pm when I was nt at home n my minor son was there. The pick up guy rejected the product saying that it's a different product though it's the same product n also approved. After that it shows the pick up is on hold. I am calling them up n chatting with them everyday n everytime they say it Will be picked up with 24 hrs or the problem will be solved within 24 hrs. N today it's 17th day. Still they give same reply.
It's very disturbing to me n it's a mental harassment too making je wait on call for more than 15 mnts n same stories they r repeating even after telling them I am a heart patient n also having vision impairment.
Request ubto look into this matter n do the needful.
