I have returned the product as there was fit issue. The delivery agent has picked this product on 25/09/2022 between 12 pm to 3 pm by Xpress bees. But i have not received the refund regarding it till date. In my myntra app its showing that product has not returned. I talked to myntra customer care executives several times, they have even raised complaint but without solving the issue they closed the complaint( i received a message regarding it). I told customer care executive to connect my call to their senior executive but my call was put to hold for 10-15 minutes but no senior manager had time to talk to me. This happens for 3 times.I have even mailed myntra with all the details and screenshot of the product and the message from xpressbees that the product has been picked up. This is really torturous to call and mail several times with no positive result. Kindly help.
