On 15 th nov i ordered a pack of highlander t shirt online one was of color aqua and pink.. However i received only one t shirt of color aqua.. I raised the query on the same day when i received the tshirt i called the customer care he told me he’ll solve the request by taking the complaint and ill get the other one shirt.. I was like okay... After that i dint received any call or message on 17 th i was going though my mail i saw the mail from
Myntra that they have taken my exchange request which that customer care guy never informed me about and i knew that as i have used that t shirt i wont be able to exchange it so i called the customer talked to the agent n superviser vishakha. Firstly she did not even apologised for what has happened on their part she kept on saying it was suppose to be obvious from my side i should have not use that t shirt.. Secodly i gave her the option either just give me the other tshirt which i have not received it or refund the half amount and also i told her then ill buy your exchange product again but ill pay the amount only for one tshirt.. She kept on saying how it was my fault with no sollution i have... I paid full amount to them in advance as a promise from
Their side that they will deliver me the product but they gave justice to that product halfly... Later on i got tired with her so i said take the complaint or transfer this call to your manager let him give me the sollution she denied that as well... Was this information helpful? |
