Hi,
I was supposed to return a product valiosa women boots, which i didn' t like after receving from myntra.. I have returned my product on 30 dec 2019, ideally the refund should be credited within 2-3 working days, but i have not received my refund till now.
Issue was, i updated my return pick up address but the pick was taken from my old address, for which i have received a confirmation mail that the return was picked up successfully. At the same time, i started receiving messages and mails that the return pick up failed at the new address from 31 dec. I had registered my complaint on 31 dec itself, but the issue is not resolved yet. The customer support team gives ambiguous answers everytime.
First of all, i want to know why were two requests maintained in your system for the same task. Your team takes a very long time to resolve issues. I am very much troubled with your responses and the service is very disappointing.
Please look into this asap.
