I had ordered for hrx 3/4 active wear from myntra (Order no :[protected]-4024003 dt:- 12th oct 19). It was delivered to me on oct14, 2019. When i opened the package, there was no price tag inside it and the string which attached to price tag that is also cut. I immidiatly call the customer care and compaint regarding product recieved with out price tag so kindly raised companint regarding the product received without price tag & cut string within 5 min of delivery of the product (Oct14th) but the request was declined on oct15th as they said they had verified with their quality check. So after that i raised return request that also they decline due to missing price tag, for no fault of mine. The product is unused and new. Why should i me made to pay for no fault of mine. There is no way for a consumer to verify if a package has price tag inside without opening it to decline delivery.
I raised the concern with myntra multiple times and clearly told them its not my fault. I have ordered hundreds of products in the past and i have never faced such a problem. This should be a human error at their end where they missed placing the price tag while packing the product. I also explained that the return request was placed the very same day the delivery was made and that the product is new and unused. Each time i got the same reply "post reviewing your case, i regret to inform you that we will be unable to accept your return request as the price tags are missing. The price tag is the proof of authenticity for this product due to which we are unable to restock or resell the product." their customer respresentatives blaiming me only for missplacing the price tag. I had all the call records for the same. I even asked them how you had verified that you ship the product with price tag show us the same.
