I want to file complaint against Myntra as it cancelled my product and have reason of customer unavailable. They neither contacted me on my number nor tried to deliver product. Now they are saying that u were unavailable for delivery. My main question to Myntra is”How can I be available for last 7days”, just accept your mistake and deliver my product as soon as possible.
I ordered the product for very important function and they cancelled me giving useless reasons and when I tried contacted them they told me we can’t do anything now as product is “Returned to origin”.
