Myntra.com — I am complaining about delayed delivery

I ordered a watch from myntra on june 22. The expected date was june 30, which they then moved to july 1. Today is july 9 and i still haven't received my order. When i called their customer care they said i will get an email within 72 hours. But no email. They also told me i cannot cancel my order as my order has been shipped. The watch is worth rs. 5093.
