Myntra.com — I am complaining about footwear bought from myntra

I bought a pair of footwear from Myntra in march 2022. I used the footwear for less than 20 days and it's sole got broken from the bottom. I never expected such a cheap quality product from myntra. I want to exchange my footwear with a new one or want my money refunded back. Even the exchange period of one month is still active but myntra doesn't change used products. So i am complaining here to get my issue resolved.
