Myntra.com — I am complaining about footwear

I bought a pair of footwear from Myntra in march 2022. But after using the footwears for few days the sole of the footwear got broken. I want my footwear to exchange with a new one or to refund my money back as soon as possible. I am attaching the picture of broken footwear with this query.
