[Resolved]  Myntra.com — I am complaining about my refund for product returned back to myntra

Address: Jaipur, Rajasthan, 302019

I purchased product from myntra of rs 2831 ehich i returned back and did not got the refund back for it and it is more than 12 days now. When i called myntra they provided me the refrence id and said it’s initiated, when i checked with bank they said its not done now myntra is telling me it’s bank issue and bank is saying it’s myntra issue. Please help me as i am stuck
