I recently ordered Dressberry silver-tonned Analogue watch from myntra. The product I received was damaged therefore I requested for return, and the delivery boy told me to complaint about it first.
I raised my issue twice lastly they replied that it was working before shipping.
Worst is its more than 30 days now.
I was regular from myntra, but this time I am really disappointed. I want my refund. Even the watch has 1 year warranty.
How can you do this at least you should examine the case sincerely. I am really regretting and frustrated. Its irresponsible behaviour towards their customers. Was this information helpful? |
