I orderd a product and when i got it, completely different from what i had seen in the image, size, type and everythng was wrong, i called customer care they replied with a mail asking to send images etc, i did so, later jus by a tap by mistake i got insider points and few hours after that i got there reply saying they can not gve me a refund because i collected insider points. I dont know wht should i do with ths wrong product, its sure that they are able to cancel the points from there side because its just an application controlled by the myntra admin. But these people are asking me to wait, i dont knw for what, i evn font knw wht ths myntra insider point is.. So sad tht people are looking for ways to see how can tke away money from customers, shame!! Was this information helpful? |
