Myntra.com — I can't order or can't use my myntra credit

I have using my account since 8 years and i don't face this type of problem now i am not able to order and not able to use myntra credit.
I login my account with facebook and now when i ordering they want otp which sent to email id wich is very old now i am not that mail id

My new mail id is ([protected]@gmail.com)
My old mail id ([protected]@gmail.com)
My mobile number is [protected]

Kindly resolve my problem soon as possible

I want to exchange my shoes and your employees said - you are not able to return your order because u are radeem your points. I dont know i want to return my shoes i want my money back or exchange my shoes..

They are making fraud to customer,
I ordered two products one is track pants and bomber jacket of Rs 2998 and order id is[protected]-8587703 they promised me to deliver this product on 10th of December2019
But after they change the date 22nd December
When i am calling to customer care they are making me fool.
