Myntra.com — I have not received my refund of rs.851

I haven't recieved my refund of Rs.851 which should be credited to my account till 4th june 2019, as i returned the product 25 days ago and cancelled my exchange order. According to Mytyra policy refund should be transferred between 7-10 days. And when i contacted Mynyra customer care they gave me this refrence no.[protected] and told me to contact my bank support team and complaint on the basis of above refrence no. But my bank is unable to track any transaction as the Refrence no.provided to me is incorrect. And when i contacted myntra customer care again they repeatedly sending same refrence no. and telling me to contact my bank support and saying that they can't help in this issue. And thats how they treat their valuable customers and its has caused me a lot of trouble as regularly i have to talk to customer care for my refund and in return they don't do anything to solve my issue.I want my money back as soon as possible but myntra customer support is not helping in this.
