I have not received my Libas kurta, but myntra is showing DELIVERED status since 21st dec. I have reached out their customer care centre via text and phone calls many
times since then but everything in vain. They are saying that they are looking into this matter but when the time comes for them to answer they are delaying it for more 48hrs. It has happened 3t imes now! Utter level of irresponsibility seen from such e commerce platform. I demand my product asap or initiate refund asap. They are showing the issue has been resolved without even solving. What the hell is happening. Disgusting customer care service and harassment.
