Myntra.com — I have received damaged product

Address: H.no. 6-Q-20 mahaveer nagar extension, Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh, 324009

I have order a libas kurta and got it on 25th of feb 2020.
I have not noticed it that much while received.
But today i saw many defects in the product.
And because i have collected the myntra insider points gained by this product,
I am not able to return or refund this product as customer care person told me.
But my question is that how could myntra deliver the product in this type of bad condition.
Is this the quality of libas product
