I ordered one tommy hilfiger belt for 2270 rs. I received that belt in damaged condition. And when i placed return request mentioning that the belt is damaged. The person denied to pick up the product because on his app the product was not pre approved and he told me to call on customer care. I did that but the customer care people said that they are registering missing product complaint regarding that belt and i have to wait for 3 days... After that i called again and they said that the our executive took wrong complaint. We are again registering it as damaged product and again told me yo wait for 72 hours..
I m a regular customer on myntra and had ordered many products but this time i m really disappointed with the service.. I want my refund as soon as possible.
